i want to lose around 8 lbs a month over the next year and i have started walking 30 min./day 5 days a week, is that enough?



i am a 39 year old single mom with 4 kids and i work full time. i have cut my food intake to about 1000 calories a day. i'm 5'10" and need to lose 80 - 100 lbs.
